1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting quotes, purchasing, leasing, or renting equipment from JR Copier, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

JR Copier provides the following services:

• Sales of new and refurbished office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, multifunction devices)
• Equipment leasing and lease-to-own programs
• Short-term and long-term equipment rentals
• Managed print services
• Maintenance contracts and service agreements
• Equipment repair and technical support
• Parts and supplies

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes: All quotes provided by JR Copier are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, availability, and market conditions.

Orders: Orders are considered accepted only upon receipt of written confirmation from JR Copier. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in your invoice or lease agreement. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and company checks (subject to approval).

4. Leasing and Financing

Leasing agreements are subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions of lease agreements are governed by separate lease documents provided by our financing partners. Equipment leased from JR Copier remains the property of JR Copier or its financing partner until all lease obligations are fulfilled.

Early termination of lease agreements may result in termination fees as outlined in your lease contract. Lease-to-own options provide ownership transfer upon completion of all payments.

5. Equipment Rentals

Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided, with normal wear and tear excepted. Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Rental periods are specified in the rental agreement, and late returns may incur additional fees.

Rental equipment remains the property of JR Copier at all times. Unauthorized modification, relocation, or sublease of rental equipment is strictly prohibited.

6. Warranties and Service

New Equipment: New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase. JR Copier facilitates warranty claims and provides support services.

Refurbished Equipment: Refurbished equipment comes with our standard warranty covering parts and labor for a specified period (typically 90 days unless otherwise stated).

Repair Services: All repairs performed by JR Copier come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers the specific issue repaired and does not extend to other equipment components.

Maintenance Contracts: Customers with active maintenance contracts receive priority service, regular preventive maintenance, and comprehensive coverage as outlined in their service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

JR Copier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our equipment or services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our equipment or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific equipment or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JR Copier or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Anoka County, Minnesota, except where prohibited by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

JR Copier reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
